6.2 Subscription Policy – Flexible Billing & Cancellation
By enrolling in any LymphDrop™ subscription plan (“Subscription”), you agree to the following terms:
Flexible Commitment
LymphDrop™ subscriptions are designed to be flexible and commitment-free.
You may cancel, skip, pause, or modify your subscription at any time.
Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew on the schedule selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days).
By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method unless canceled before the next billing date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal.
To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellations must be completed before your renewal date.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Modifications
You may update:
• Delivery frequency
• Shipping address
• Products
• Payment details
• Skip or pause upcoming orders
All changes must be made before your next billing date.
Subscription Discounts
Subscriber discounts (including but not limited to percentage savings, bundles, free gifts, or subscriber-only promotions) are reserved for active subscribers. LymphDrop™ reserves the right to revoke promotional benefits or refuse service in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products (including LymphDrop™ Liposomal Lymphatic Drainage Drops) are non-refundable once shipped or opened. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
“Cancel Anytime” Statement
LymphDrop™ subscriptions can be canceled anytime with no fees or penalties.
